Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are reviewed case by case. Approval depends on product category, product condition, return window, issue evidence, order status, and applicable law.
Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window may be rejected unless required by applicable law or approved by the company in writing.
Other eligible apparel may be returned only if unused, unwashed, undamaged, unworn except for trial, and returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Electronics are returnable only for manufacturing defects or damage as applicable to the product, warranty, and issue evidence. Physical damage caused after delivery, unauthorized repair, misuse, or improper handling is not eligible.
Toys are returnable only for damage, wrong item, missing essential parts, or manufacturing defect, subject to inspection and product condition.
Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch or before order processing reaches a non-cancellable stage. Orders may also be cancelled by the company due to payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, address issues, courier serviceability, pricing error, or operational constraints.
Returned products are inspected after receipt. Refunds, exchanges, replacements, or rejection decisions are made after inspection and verification of product condition and claim details.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval. Bank, payment gateway, wallet, or card-network processing time may add extra delay beyond our control.
No refund is available for misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized repair, product alteration, normal wear and tear, buyer's remorse for non-returnable products, or failure to meet return conditions.
