Return requests for eligible products must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are approved case by case after review and inspection.
Eligible apparel must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Undergarments, vests, innerwear, personal hygiene products, opened or used cosmetics, and product-page non-returnable items are non-returnable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval. No refund is available for misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
